Returns & Refunds

UK Customers - Right to Cancel
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, personalized or custom-made items are exempt from this right. If your item is not personalized, you may return it within 14 days for a refund (you'll be responsible for return shipping costs). The item must be unused and in original condition.

Made-to-Order Items
Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection on standard (non-personalized) items after the 14-day period.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll provide a replacement or refund. Please contact support@raiinsrealm.store within 14 days of delivery and include: • Order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
